Job Description

  • Develop plan strategy for product promotion through digital channels
  • Creating and planning a variety of campaigns and content across a range of digital channels
  • Conceptualize and design distribution of content marketing campaigns
  • Supervise all paid media campaigns in all channels, including but not limited to: app acquisition, event/community acquisition, and lead generation
  • Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions
  • Responsible for all matters related to digital marketing and branding of company products including web SEO, SEM, email, social media, display ads
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (e.g. AppsFlyer and Google Analytics)
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunity through on-going analysis on a large data set and explain changes to improve performance
  • Understand and prioritize the cost of effort and resources for each campaign execution within different channels, weighted against the result of successful execution upon each option against business targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams in ideation and creation of communication materials to improve (potential) user experience
  • Set up conversion event tracking on the app across various digital platforms, and ensuring the marketing attribution is being enabled thoroughly across all web & app platforms

  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as digital market / equivalent in managing digital marketing campaigns that focuses on Performance
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, and up-to-date with the trends
  • Strong working knowledge with proven experience in Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and other analytics apps.
  • Proven experience in optimizing digital advertising
  • Capacity to learn and work with databases and technical systems, as well as interface with data systems and engineering team
  • Excellent analytical thinking and data-driven decision making skills
  • Leadership experience is a major plus
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Structured thinker and problem solver.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and fast-growing environment
  • Has the experience in handling multiple ads channel
