We are looking for a Head of Growth to assist in the advertising and selling of Asani's services. His or her responsibilities is to drive the revenue side of the business. The main responsibilities involve generating unique sales plans and creating engaging marketing plans (digital and offline).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and marketing team on a daily basis to make sure things run smoothly
Create, implement and monitor sales and marketing initiatives (digital and offline) to improve sales funneling process
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives
Oversee digital ad campaigns and make improvements to gather quality leads (Google Ads, Facebook Marketing, Linkedin Ads)
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's goals.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related fields
Have experience and good understanding of digital marketing tools and concepts (A/B Testing, Conversion Rate, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTA, CTR, CRO)
Deep understanding in sales and marketing (digital and offline)
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Both a coach and do-er who is willing to guide the team and also to be involved in the process
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
