Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Focuses on eliminating process variation by ensuring the proper process control are documenting and executing as per plan.
  • Ensure the operation are strictly implementing a set of tightly and precisely defined process/procedures/quality standards that when exactly followed
  • Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes to ensure the key metrics are meeting the management goal.
  • Analyze and driving the quality improvement to meet the customer expectation.
  • Working with engineering and manufacturing team to review and assess the containment action and corrective action for every deviation.
  • Participate in the local and global material review board (MRB) for material disposition and prevent escapee to customer.
  • Review the RMA flow and ensure the proper control to avoid mishandling and inappropriate disposition.
  • Working with Process Control Engineering team to sustain and monitor the control manufacturing standard in SPC, MSA, FMEA and FDC.
  • Overview the Manufacturing Execution Systems on creating, monitoring, and tracking the process of producing manufactured goods on the factory floor.

Requirements:
. Master / Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related Engineering or equivalent.
. Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor industry.
. Knowledge in the problem solving and quality control concept
. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skill with an extremely positive attitude towards working as a team.
. Possess critical thinking,Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently.
. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
