Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the deployment and development of site wide continuous improvement (CI) initiatives (Shawcor Management System – SMS) in order to achieve the Business Plan Objectives and reduce operating cost. Key in this effort will be identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities, development of solutions and deployment plans, along with tactics to sustain the gains. Responsible for planning, organizing and executing CI projects from the conceptual stage through to commissioning. Development and integration of CI techniques into the site culture and daily activities.

Knowledge & Skills:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical) or equivalent.

Required language(s): English

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Lean/Six Sigma (green/black belt), knowledge in statistical analysis software, application of manufacturing systems and process improvement techniques, strong analytical, conceptual and quantitative ability, FMEA, A3 Problem Solving, Control Plan, Minitab/SPC, Cost Reduction, Cycle Time.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
