Job Description

QA managers oversee all activities conducted by the quality assurance team, including testing, evaluating, and optimizing applications and information technology processes.

Develop and promote best practices and protocols to be followed in quality assurance testing.

Responsible for supervising the testing flow and documentation.

Making sure DoT runs smoothly and well-documented.

Creating test case reports and improving the reports if needed.

Reporting and advising the Release Master for any blocker for the Release.
At least 3-4 years of rel­e­vant expe­ri­ence in manual especially in mobile automation.

High pro­fi­ciency using auto­mated test tools to con­duct QA test­ing will be a plus point.

Exposure to testing cycles in an Agile development approach will be an added advantage.

Expo­sure to iOS/Android development lifecycle will be an added advantage.

Should under­stand all lev­els of Soft­ware and Mobile Devel­op­ment Life Cycle (includes experience in SIT, UAT, Performance testing, Load testing, Penetration testing, and Regression testing).

Familiar with Lifecycle Management tools and applications (TRAC, HP ALM, etc..) for managing test cycles.

Abil­ity to effec­tively inter­act with Man­ager, Team Leader, and fel­low team members.

Proac­tive, great atten­tion to detail, results-oriented prob­lem solver, crit­i­cal thinker, and abil­ity to meet aggres­sive dead­lines.

Pas­sion for test­ing appli­ca­tions and find­ing bugs.

Excel­lent oral & writ­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills.
