Job Summary The Senior Program Administrator is responsible to lead the execution of customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction. What a typical day looks like:
  • Responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client.
  • Focus on benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects through the CFT.
  • Manage customer relationship on a site basis and will act as the key escalation point for all product programs, projects, and operational performance issues.
  • Ensure collaborative cross-functional project team participation to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control all phases of a project or subproject to ensure work efforts are executed on time, within budget, and according to stated requirements reliably and repeatedly
  • Ensure, through governance, that there is strong collaboration between the different functional areas involved in the project(s) ensuring effective planning and execution of project activities.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity
  • Good understanding on New Product Introduction and Ramp-Up activity
  • Excellent analytical and communication skill
