Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To improve talent supply quality, quantity and fitness by proactive sourcing and behavioural interview screening
  • To explore and implement excellent resourcing strategy for talent
  • To be responsible for projects or initiatives which relate with Talent Acquisitions department, to improve overall HR strategy and execution excellent.
  • To be responsible for any of Recruitment vendor contract, liaise with related parties such as Procurement and Legal
  • To improve Employer Branding by implementing various Recruitment channels/methods such as: Campus Hiring, MT Hiring, Panel Interview, Hackathons, Booth Camp, Job fair, etc
  • To document all documents for hiring purpose
  • To analyses and produce recruitment report on agreed timeline
