Job Description

Ensure all assets are recorded in the asset register and the allocation of assets in accordance with the relevant procedures.

Ensure that all assets are well-maintained and insured and damages to assets are claimed on time.

Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.

Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as facilities maintenances.

Managing budgets related to facility and asset management as per policy and procedure.

Helping with office relocations and renovation.

Ensure that supplier deliveries are in line with contract deliveries requirements, e.g. price, quality – minimum returns on deliveries.

To support employee cash advance and reimbursement process
3-4 years of experience in general affair function, project management, facility maintenance, and/ or asset management position.

Having knowledge of asset management principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups at both a general and technical level.

Well-developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task.

Have Project planning & Management ability to multitask effectively.
