What will you do?
1. Technical sound in various mechanical parts manufacturing (preferably experience in plastic category), material and cost analysis:
2. Ability to build strong rapport and collaboration with multiple stakeholders locally (S/chain, Quality, Engineering) and globally (LoB, central team, category team).
3. Experience in building Strong supplier relationship with suppliers from different geography (China, India, EAJP and Europe) and solving complex issues.
4. Drive sustainable purchasing productivity through Negotiation, QVE, rebalancing/localization, LEAN with suppliers, change of supplier, material standardization, e-Reverse Auction...Etc.).
5. Work with regional and global commodity manager in defining and deploying category strategy, contract management, identify business needs, market evolution, and take action to mitigate supplies risk.
6. Drive supplier reduction and spend concentration.
7. New supplier sourcing and development to meet business growth and needs.
8. Support to resolve operational issues and conflicts with suppliers.
9. Support cross functional team to drive supplier quality and delivery performance.
10. Collaborate with suppliers to promote co-development and to facilitate innovation, drive “Green” initiative (e.g., recycled resin, zero carbon program, green packaging...etc)
11. Conduct regular business review with suppliers.
12 . Drive achievement of various KPI (Keep good control of productivity, payment, inventory & LT reduction…etc)
13. Prepare & present Monthly and Quarterly performance and propose gap closure actions
