Your ‘day to day’
Lead sample management from end-to-end process. Coordinate with worldwide customers and internal laboratories for capacity planning and sample scheduling to ensure on time result delivery, optimized resource allocation, and first time right in all sample administration process.
Define, establish, and maintain a Quality Management System. Collaborate and support the establishment of all related procedures supporting good laboratory practices and review all procedures. Provide general quality management system training and coordinate quality-related training within the department.
Manage ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation. Lead and/or ensure internal audits (self-inspections) including quality system audit and external audits are appropriately performed; and corrective actions identified, followed-up, and documented.
Who we’re looking for
Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Chemistry/Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering
Have minimum 2 years of experience in Quality/Laboratory area, preferably from Tobacco, Food, Pharmaceutical or similar industry
Have experiences in Planning and Scheduling, especially in material, sample analysis, etc.
Fully trained for ISO / IEC 17025:2017 & have advanced knowledge in Laboratory Quality Management System or certification/experience as internal auditor of the standard would be very beneficial
Have capability in Power BI, Power Query, and Macro Excel will be a plus
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia both oral & written
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
