Niagahoster is a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Influencer Marketing that is keen on managing the end-to-end operations of a Brand’s and Product’s influencer marketing campaigns. You will build a team of influencer partners for the brand, manage communications, and coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns. This role requires someone that thrives on challenges and professional growth which will be encouraged and provided by Niagahoster. An individual who incorporates collaboration, conversation, and teamwork to drive results, with no problems maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a flexible yet responsible working environment will fit right in. What you will do:
Planning and execution of influencer campaigns to drive performance of conversion and supporting marketing/brand to boost awareness of the Brand itself;

Identify, draft list, outreach, and maintain communication with existing and potential new influencer partners;

Own an influencer marketing strategy, and leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow;

Measure influences channel's performance, analyze and take measures to optimize and improve their performance;

Monitoring, Evaluating, and reporting existing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships, also executing initiatives to improve the campaign's success

Having a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the influencer marketing field;

Experiences running successful integrated marketing campaigns and a real thirst for the marketing ecosystem;

Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance measurement;

A problem solver with a can-do spirit with the ability to think strategically and laterally;

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (knowing how to professionally and positively manage relationships, entertaining, and communications);

Deep knowledge and understanding of online community /social media platforms and behaviors, and influencer marketing management;

Able to work independently and in a team, and oversee tasks from Jr. Team Member.

Have excellent time management, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills;

A good connection with influencers or digital agencies is a plus.
