Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
At least 1 year of experience in food industry as Quality Assurance
Have knowledge of raw material sampling techniques
Have knowledge of physical and chemical examination methods
Able to conduct audit GMP and verification on CPP, OPRP, Change Management, CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), CAR (Corrective Action Request), Material Complaint Letter
Able to operate the equipment and instruments used for inspection of raw materials
Knowlegeable in Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH), Food Saferty Management System (FSMS), and Good Manufaturing Practices (GMP), Satistical Control (SPC) and QC 7 Tools
Moderate communication in English is required
