Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a big banks for the role of IT Strategy (Grade, VP - SVP), The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a strategy maturity assessment system on a regular basis. Reviewing new technology so that it can be used for smooth implementation
  • Develop a roadmap containing the stages of developing IT systems, IT standards related to applications, as well as monitoring capabilities for production, taking into account capacity planning and scalability in accordance with the architecture that has been developed
  • Evaluate risks related to the IT architecture and roadmap that have been prepared and their mitigation (if needed)
  • Become a bridge between business and IT for all solutions and determine the standardization of all solutions

Requirement:

  • Educational background min. S1 (Information Technology or relevant)
  • Have +/- 10 years experience
  • Have good communication and problem solving skills.
  • English & Indonesian - writing and speaking
  • Have experience in process improvement/improvement, and/or system development, especially in the banking and/or financial services industry
  • Leading change both physically and 'mind set' in terms of process improvement.
  • Experience in IT related to standard and architecture required by application
  • Experience as a technical analyst/solution designer with insightful knowledge related to business requirements
  • Experience in handling IT projects including the formation of requirements
  • Strong technical background with proper solution vendor knowledge and understand business requirements
