What You'll Be Doing

    • Oversee day to day operation in Finance for retail business units, include AP and General Ledger.
    • Perform 3-way matching of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of recording for Financial Reporting.
    • In-charge for Finance Reporting for retail business unit, ensure completeness posting of month-end information, completeness check of accruals account for month-end closing, and report to the Country Finance Manager.
    • Liaise with the Finance Transformation Team to establish process and control.
    • Liaise with Operation Team to solve any issue.
    • Other ad hoc report analysis as required by management.

Who We Are Looking For

    • Bachelor Degree of Accounting from reputable university
    • Minimum of 4 years working experience in finance and accounting role (retail / manufacturing industry is preferred)
    • Experience working in the Big 4 Accounting firm will be a plus point
    • Have strong skills on accounting, finance, and business administration.
    • Excellent in excel skills.
    • Problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Good project management skills to implement multiple initiatives concurrently
    • Excellent English & Bahasa written and communication skills
    • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Sound Accounting and Financial technical knowledge
    • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
