What You'll Be Doing

Oversee day to day operation in Finance for retail business units, include AP and General Ledger.
Perform 3-way matching of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of recording for Financial Reporting.
In-charge for Finance Reporting for retail business unit, ensure completeness posting of month-end information, completeness check of accruals account for month-end closing, and report to the Country Finance Manager.
Liaise with the Finance Transformation Team to establish process and control.
Liaise with Operation Team to solve any issue.
Other ad hoc report analysis as required by management.

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor Degree of Accounting from reputable university
Minimum of 4 years working experience in finance and accounting role (retail / manufacturing industry is preferred)
Experience working in the Big 4 Accounting firm will be a plus point
Have strong skills on accounting, finance, and business administration.
Excellent in excel skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Good project management skills to implement multiple initiatives concurrently
Excellent English & Bahasa written and communication skills
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Sound Accounting and Financial technical knowledge
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
