Perform HR system maintenance and issue troubleshooting
Analyze and propose potential HR system improvements
Perform data processing & analytics to support HR digitalization
Collaborate across HR, IT, and end-users pertaining to system enhancement, process improvement, and policy alignment
Assist in change management initiatives during HR system implementation and roll-out
Job Requirements:
Has 2 years of working experience in similar positions
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering or relevant major.
Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team
Has good analytical thinking
Good communication skill
