Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Indonesia Job Description 1. Responsible to report every construction’s milestones and suggest technical and non-technical recommendation to user.
2. Responsible to monitor and control all process on renovation, construction, procurement, legal, and make sure all works done based on Business Plan.
3. Responsible to review Drawing, BoQ, Technical Specification and also construction methods prepared by Hub Planning before it used as contract document and implemented on site by vendors.
4. Responsible to manage project cost.
5. Responsible to deliver facility go live on time. Job Requirements 1. Have a bachelor degree in Civil or Electrical Engineer from reputable university
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in construction/real estate industry as supervisor.
3. Have previous experience supervising civil construction and architectural works.
4. Have knowledge on MEP installation
5. Familiar with project documentation
6. Works with Sketchup and AutoCAD with detail drawing.
7. Speaking and writing fluently in English for reporting and day to day activity
8. Have ability to prepare data, analyze, and put on presentation deck.
9. Can manage many project in different location.
