To organize workflow to meet customer time frames to provide summary of daily sample
quantity and collecting and analyzing customer information
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
To provide summary on all pending issue on daily basis
To follow up additional sample needed for testing
To work with global office for any information needed
To check all incoming samples, the quantity and all needed documents prior testing
To take all samples from sample collection team to be sent to lab
To email client related any issue on the receive sample on a positive, empathetic and
professional attitude toward customers at all times
To communicate with client both email and phone calls both in local and language and in
English through various channels
To track daily sample information from the system
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
