Job Description

  • To organize workflow to meet customer time frames to provide summary of daily sample
  • quantity and collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • To provide summary on all pending issue on daily basis
  • To follow up additional sample needed for testing
  • To work with global office for any information needed
  • To check all incoming samples, the quantity and all needed documents prior testing
  • To take all samples from sample collection team to be sent to lab
  • To email client related any issue on the receive sample on a positive, empathetic and
  • professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • To communicate with client both email and phone calls both in local and language and in
  • English through various channels
  • To track daily sample information from the system
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Able to communicate in English (active and passive) Male / Female
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office application (word and Excel)
  • Age between 25-30 years old
  • Discipline
  • Able to work independently and in a team work
  • Willing to work in shift and weekends/holidays as scheduled
  • Able to work in short deadline
  • Proactive
  • Self-initiative
  • Have experience handling customer
  • Fluently in Mandarin Speaking and Written
