Job Descriptions:

Implement daily maintenance programs of fire safety equipment (hydrant, sprinkler, fire detector, jockey pump, health, and safety facilities).
Plan & facilitate training for safety systems and the use of building facilities.
Do the building fire equipment daily checking.
Monitor the availability of safety equipment in the apartment (cylinders, gas stoves, faucets, etc).
Ensure there is no potential danger within and after the operation hours.
Handle P3K (First Aid) in the area and monitor the supply of the necessary medicine.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Health Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Have K3 certificate will be an advantage.
Computer literate (Ms.Office).
Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
