1. Perform IT system support, including software installation, maintenance and trouble shooting, in order to ensure systems in all offices are working properly and effectively.
2. Execute support on user management, filing and data management (user ID’s and passwords), in order to ensure all systems and data are working within security standards.
3. Respond to customer concerns and address the need through technical support and instruction, in order to ensure HO end user support has delivered support service to customers.
4. Determine the hardware and software issue and evaluate the best way to resolve it, in order to ensure IT peripherals in all offices are functioning properly.
5. Develop a strong communication networks when talking and assisting customers.
6. Provide internal mentoring and training to all related users in company regarding IT related matters, in order to ensure the transfer of IT knowledge to all users.
Job Requirement:
A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in IT
Must have experienced at least 1 complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Prior experience supporting trading system is preferred
Prior experience supporting OpenLink Endur application is a plus
