Organize and process equipment procurement requests.

Organize invoices and reimbursement documents.

Organize & filling DO from Vendor and asset to service point.

Actively maintain good contact with Procurement, Finance, Operations, etc.

Follow up internet issue.
General knowledge about administration/document organizing skills.

Have a high attention to details and good communication skill.

Able to operate WhatsApp, MS Office (Excel & Word), and emails.

Placement in Sunter (North Jakarta).

Contract based position and willing to work in shifts.
