General Manager

We are Design and branding Company. Now we are expanding our digital branding to be the answer of communication in digital era. To continue operating at our high standarts , we are seeking an experienced in branding, social media, advertising General Manager to join us. Creative , and full of knowledge to lead and understanding the market.

  • Manage and ensure that the core activities are functioning smoothly and efficiently, while developing and driving a strategy, in line with the company
strategy, allowing to achieve long term profitable growth.
  • Analyze markets, identify business opportunitites and develop the business strategy in accordance with the group strategy and ensure the
implementation of business development initiatives, oriented towards a sustainable and healthy growth of the business.
  • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environtment,
and creating innovative approaches for improvement
  • Identify the customers and the market to build the sustainable relationships
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the overall company performance. Ensure the achievements of plants and targets agreed with the board of director
  • Proven experience in a managerial role
  • Strong decision – making capabilities
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
  • Ability to motivate and lead people
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

Syarat & Keahlian

1. Min S2, S1 from university
2. Experienced min 2 years in branding, social media management
3. Above average communication , collaboration and delegation skills
