YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Depending on OTC pillar you will be assigned to, your key responsibilities will be: - Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal entity's US GAAP financial statements - Provide high quality financial reports - Interact with different teams and towers (Affiliate, IBS and BPO) - KPI and SLA monitoring and analysis with BPO - Advisory as SME and point of contact for escalation - Perform SOX and operational controls over financial reporting process - Coordination of audit requirements or requests WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s Degree or professionally qualified in Accounting/Finance • Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal • 2 - 4 years of working experiences in Finance Accounting • Knowledgeable in accounting treatment and financial statement analysis • Good understanding of company budget process and reporting area • Familiar with ERP system, especially SAP and reporting tool • Good analytical skills • Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in dynamic and challenging environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for collaborating with BPO • Fast learner and comfort to deal with higher Management • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks • A proficient user of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel • Willing to be located in Surabaya - East Java WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
