Job Profile Summary

Monitor all the inventory of empty material in and out, work with all the supplier to deliver the goods according to the production schedule and ensure that there will be no storage in production. Ensure all production schedule meet with a demand and ensure availability of empty packaging and no delay for GRN all material both Product Related and Non Product Related ( NPR).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provide Production Schedule base on MPS ( Master Production Schedule) from Supply Planner & Planning Manager
  • Optimize the available capacity to meet the demand during developing the Production Schedule
  • Monitor and Provide a Weekly Report stock for all empty packaging.
  • Do the GRN for base oil, additive & empty packages, include NPR Material handle inventory issues as they arise and review the status of production schedule
  • Conduct daily inventory analysis to anticipate and resolve potential inventory problems.
  • Support marketing group to maintain promotional items and provide KPI report, downtime report & damage material report.
  • Liaise with the empty pack supplier for the daily requirement of the empty pack
  • Monitor the daily schedule adherence of production by compare machine actual output with the plan and closely work with the production team how to fulfil the backlog.
  • In CoW Process will be responsible: Area of Authority and Permit Issuer in filling area.
  • To consistently monitor the availability of raw material and closely work with supplier to be able to respond quickly in regard with the growth market where forecast accuracy is big challenge.
  • Work Close with P&L department to ensure no shortage of raw material and empty packaging.
  • Act as response team member for crisis / continuity management (Operation and Planning – Deputy to Section Chief) with accountabilities consistent with relevant response plans and as assigned by the response team leader. (SE 4.6)
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION :

Minimum Diploma 3

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Have good experience in monitoring the inventory level, able to work closely with 3rd party supplier.
  • Understand and experience with ISO 9002 system for manufacturing, have an engineering background and understand the manufacturing process.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA :
  • Able to use and interpret numerical data in ways that aid problem solving.
  • Good in Computer Specially in MS Office: Excel & word
  • Able to work with others to make a real difference
  • Have ability and willingness to take the lead when the situation requires.
  • English: Written and Verbal
  • Familiar with ERP System like SAP, JDE will be advantage.
