The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
  • Ensure mechanical and electrical design is matching requirement during technical design phase
  • Ensure mechanical and electrical installation is as per design and ensuring it already considering safety and features related to it
  • Ensure mechanical and electrical mapping from vendor is as per required
  • Own the mechanical and electrical mapping and perform minor troubleshoot related to it
  • Become the automation super user by attending training related to maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Shadowing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting performed by vendor during contract duration, analyse the report provided and to be independently perform it in-house
  • Create preventive maintenance plan according to the suggestion from vendor
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting related to automation
  • Own spare part master list consist of spare part list number, description, quantity, shelf life, maintenance frequency, and replacement requirement.
  • Ensure spare part inventory is up-to-date and accommodating business continuity plan
  • Responsible for quality assurance and machine operation and regularly calibrate and repair equipment

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, mechatronic, or a similar field
  • 2 – 4 years working experience in similar field
  • Preferably familiar with warehouse processes and automation in warehouse environment
  • Experience in working with many stakeholders
  • Self-starter, self-driven, independent with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Have continuous improvement mind-set with good initiative
  • Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task
  • Effective communicator preferably active English speaker or able to communicate in English to facilitate discussion between stakeholders
  • Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong process, analytical and project management skills
  • Have good skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to be place in Bogor and mild traveling
