As Strategic Innovation Office Lead / EMIAS Portfolio Manager (PM), you are responsible for leading innovative projects at a speed and scale unprecedented at our company. You will work closely with country, regional and Emerging Markets leadership to ensure commercial priorities and innovation needs are supported. As PM you will:
Drive New Growth and Access Opportunities: Identify, prioritize, develop, and launch new solutions and business models
Build and grow Innovation Capabilities: Continue to develop EMIAS by creating new organizational capabilities that ensure a steady stream of innovations at our company
Champion Innovation and share our learnings: Evangelize innovation internally and externally and create pull for creative talent

Our Market Access team monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.
Job Responsibilities
Together with global, regional, and local teams generate “out of the box” commercial driven innovative access ideas
Rapidly test innovative ideas using an agile Venture Capitalist design & experimentation methodology
Lead cross-country and cross-functional (Access, Commercial, Policy, Marketing, Medical) EM SWAT innovation teams
Codify and share learnings with global and all other Emerging Markets countries
Lead multi-cultural, virtual innovation teams, following agile and test-and-learn approach, with the support and training of best-in-class innovation consultancy
Manage budget, capabilities and required resources to ensure project success
Embrace a culture centered around experimentation, agility and our New Ways of Working
Identify pain points and gaps in within the markets and creatively design new solutions
Requirements
A fast learner with a curious mind, finding strength in experimentation, continuous improvement, and growth mindset
MBA and strategy consulting or project management background preferred, with minimum of 3 years’ experience working in cross-functional environments
Candidates from consulting background dealing with pharmaceutical companies can apply
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to navigate through ambiguity, while maintaining rigor in execution to deliver tangible progress
Experienced in influencing without authority and project management
Interested in the innovation ecosystem and healthcare trends relevant to patients’ needs
Strong writing and verbal communications skills in English
Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time
