Kanmo Group is looking for enthusiastic interns to join our Digital & Omnichannel department - Customer Experience division. You will learn and understand customer experience journey as well as products and services offered by the brands. You will assist and responds to customer questions and queries through our existing communication channels i.e phone calls / email / live chat.
Requirements:
1. At least Diploma certificate and has great written communication skills (speak and write) - in both Bahasa and English
2. Calm and patient person
3. Willing to work any 5 days in a week (Monday to Sunday)
