Building Maintenance Coordinator





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Execute PM's WO (Work Order) , corrective and preventive WO (Work Order ) then documented logbook, WO and all documents data within standard requirement ( engineering practice , regulatory dan GMP )
  • Check maintenance performance result and continuous improvement implementation.
  • Support stock consumable of building maintenance to maintain availability.
  • Support and participate in 5S the implementation
  • Self development of knowledge and engineering skill to Improve capability
  • Comply with GEP standards, GMP regulations, Safety and Compliance (operational licenses according to government regulations).
  • Speak Up of improvement, efficiency, maintenance cost savings, spare part efficiency.
  • Identify hazards-risk-impact assessment ( K3L ) related working activities and potential risk of working areas within regulations and safety requirements.
  • Support implementation Environmental Programs and hazards-risk-impact assessment .
  • Support implementation of Internal Audit , investigation of incidents and Management Review hazards-risk-impact assessment.

WHO YOU ARE


  • Be familiar with analysis of the effectiveness maintenance in pharmaceutical industry within cGMP, BPOM regulations, occupational health and safety regulations
  • Creative thinking, high work ethic , ready for challenges and able to control conflict and ambiguity
  • Well developed communication and proficiency in both Indonesian and English language (verbal and written).
  • Min have experience in pharmaceutical industries 1 - 2 years/fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with utilities machines, tools or equipment, ( HVAC,Genset, Purified Water System, Compressor, Chiller, Boiler, Electrical, Firefighting)
  • Preferable as Associate’s degree Engineering Civil/mechanical
