We are looking for a performance and result driven sales professional who would be responsible to drive new business and penetrate new markets within the logistics and services industry. This role is open to be posted in either Surabaya, Semarang or Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales Performance, Ocean, Logistic and Service ( L&S ) Development
  • Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
  • Manage and maintain relationship with global client
  • Manage tender/contract negotiations on Ocean and Logistic
  • Generate, evaluate, and execute on sales and business leads
  • Identify, develop, and strengthen niche markets, ports, and customers in East Indonesia
  • Actively pursue new opportunities and constantly evaluate existing businesses
  • Drive new business and penetrate new markets
  • Driving new market on Logistic
  • Identify, actively pursue, and develop new customers
  • Build a strong and stable customer base

We are looking for

  • Experience in shipping or forwarding industry is preferred
  • Experienced on ocean freight/ import & export.
  • Experienced on logistic and distribution
  • Must have a performance and result driven mind-set.
  • Independent and resourceful with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse in English
  • Possess high integrity, be resilient, have a strong sense of ownership, and able to thrive in a high-pressured working environment.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good in time management and able to carry yourself professionally
