Job Description

A skincare company in Australia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Import/Export Agent (Part-time).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle FDA registration needs for US customs and export
  • Ensure overseas government regulations requirements are met
  • Provide documents required (invoices, packing lists, free trade agreements) for exporting and logistics
  • Liaise with distributors and freight companies to ensure stock is dispatched according to the timeline
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
  • Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
  • Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end Import & Export shipment lifecycle, by working closely with the customer's internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for all shipment-level communication between Hellmann and all carriers and vendors
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with all import and export policies

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export and logistics
  • Proficient knowledge Import-Export regulations
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot issues
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with MS proficiency
  • Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to keep a well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Intelligent, knowledgeable, and up to date with best practices in Industry
