Responsibilities

    • Monitoring AF ops (Flow ops, Manpower & vehicle as needed)
    • Coordination with provider related volume distribution and ops issues
    • Coordination with station dest for pending shipment and delivery issues
    • Fill Gsheet report Outgoing/incoming & Generate reporting outgoing ( Allocation provider and Airfreight daily report outgoing )

Requirements

    • Minimum D3
    • Operational experience (Especially Logistic & Airfreight).
    • Well communicate with new people and maintain relationship with other ops department.
    • Ability to work and coordination related ops as required.
    • Innovative & experience to monitoring & maintaining tasks to improve AF ops.
    • Familiar to operating Ms. Office, (Excel, Word & PPT).
    • Ready to be placed or move to other area by superior requested.
    • Able to monitor more than 1 area (station hub) by remote or visiting as needed.
