In this role you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. This role is based on Tangerang, Indonesia. Reporting to the Local Division Manager, you will coordinate and oversee team development and standardized process development to continually improve effectiveness of project execution teams and ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers, also oversee estimations and bids and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets.
