The incumbent will be working under the supervision, direction and leadership of Front Office Leader in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times
Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
Upsell rooms to meet guests' needs when appropriate
Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
REQUIREMENTS
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Obsess over customer exoerience
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
Communicates and write with fluency in English (and local language)
Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
University/Diploma in Hotel Management
Able to perform shift works or flexible working hours
Software Packages MS Word, excel, Opera System
Follow up Action plan based on finding audit.
Collaborate and work closely with other stakeholders.
