Job Description

To handle all duties related to the Masdar Jakarta-based team (administration and support) and assist the Company with coordination and facilitation of day-to-day activities including but not limited to:


  • Arrangement of all meetings and related materials;

  • Filing, maintenance, organization, and management of all documents;

  • Creation and maintenance of a database for all key stakeholders and their information;

Management of the team’s calendars, business travels, contacts, and correspondence.

Skills

  • Good English (writing, speaking, and listening)
  • Bahasa Indonesia (mother tongue)
  • Good communication skills and able to work in a dynamic fast paced, diverse environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize through calendar management skills.
  • Ability to manage own variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
  • Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the department.
  • Attention to detail.
