CALL CENTER OFFICER (SALARY 4.000.000-5.000.000)

Kualifikasi :

  • Pria & Wanita, Usia Min 18 Thn & Max 28 Thn
  • Pendidikan Min SMA/SMK/Sederajat
  • Pengalaman dan non pengalaman.
  • Memiliki tutur kata yang baik dan ramah.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Menerima panggilan masuk dari customer dan Menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh customer.
  • Memberikan informasi terkait dengan produk perusahaan.
  • Menangani setiap complain yang diberikan oleh customer.
  • Melakukan interaksi secara langsung dengan customer untuk memberikan informasi terkait dengan kebutuhan mereka.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Fresh Grad, Permanen

Gaji: Rp4.000.000 - Rp5.000.000 per bulan
