Job Description

Finance System Analyst in Corporate Technology is the enabler for optimized and integrated financial processes for all Traveloka's key business functions.

You will work closely with both the product and finance operations teams to:

  • Scope and assess project requests delivered to Corp Tech from the Finance stakeholders
  • Manage and schedule work requests coming from the Finance stakeholders
  • Support and facilitate communication between Finance and CT
  • Understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business to improve finance operation.
  • Document and capture requirements needed from finance to initiate a change
  • Analyze and document the impacts of change from the CT team that impact to finance operations
  • Analyze both product and finance end-to-end business processes and how they can be optimized, improved, and translated into the financial system.
  • Ensure optimization of business processes through integration and automation of the system
Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
  • Possess bachelor's degree from a reputable University in Information Technology, Information systems, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle), finance-related system implementation, or software engineering is preferable.
  • Possess knowledge about the financial cycle and its surrounding operations.
  • Understand common technology for custom and packaged financial applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and result-oriented.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Passionate about system implementation and business analysis in Financial areas.
