Job Description

Growth Center is Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia's effort to extend its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to its own Kompas Gramedia home base. Growth Center specializes itself in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.

The freelance will be working in Growth Center's Discovery tribe, focusing in (psychological) assessment tools development. The Freelance Assessment Analyst's responsibilities are:

Aid the Discovery team in developing several Traits Assessments by conducting market research, theoretical research, item writing, assessment tools rollout, searching for test participants, and reporting.

Conducting data analysis from Traits Assessment results for validity testing, reliability testing, and data insights gathering purposes.

Conducting market and theoretical research to develop new construct, in order to develop new Traits Assessment tools.

Act as the brand ambassador of Growth Center and the assessment products (both the existing and the to-be developed ones).

Actively learn about the characteristics, needs, and expectations of business clients and communities (such as assessment content and topics, products, services, etc.).

Aid in managing communities that are related to Growth Center's businesses (e.g. psychological assessment tryout participant communities).
Bachelor degree in Psychology

1 years experiences in people discovery related roles

Have knowledge and interest in psychological assessment, psychometrics, and statistical analysis.

Confident and comfortable in doing research, statistical and data analysis utilizing SPSS/JASP and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. -

Self-starter

Actively taking initiatives

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and solid problem solving skills
