Conducting control with the packaging development nor new design and documentations
Conducting plan and development in packaging or new design with the appropriate designer
Conducting coordination with the sample production and send the sample to the customers to uphold marketing and product development
Working together with the commercial department, production, FA in order to reach the best product costing
Coordinate in making the material/ FG specification, PIF, Change control, SOP or the documentations related with the food safety/ quality system that is related with the new/ alternative materials or changing in the process
Develop the materials alternatives/ supplier to conduct improvement on the existing material
Able to conduct maintenance with the PD department including handle Bill of material system (sistem formulasi)
Control the program GMP, HACCP, BRC, FSMA, Preventive Controls, Customer quality standard and quality/safety management system program to support the food safety and quality as well as another continuous improvements
Coordinate project development and people development to reach the organization system that is effective and efficient
Develop cost efficiency ideas from the packaging, packaging process, or included new technology to make HR efficiency or to increase production outputs
Make report about the product development and do presentation to the plant manager and management along with the related department
Able to conduct improvement projects that is given by PD manager/ Plant Manager / Management
