Grab For Good Marketing is part of the marketing team responsible for the activities to build Grab brand love through the marketing activities related to sustainability programs (i.e: environmental or social impact programs). The main objective for the activities related to Grab For Good is commitment from Grab to empower more people and communities to get important access through technology. The activities of empowering small micro businesses, supporting least digital people, building programs to sustain the green environment, supporting government programs for covid vaccinations are some of the programs run by Grab For Good marketing team.
Get to know the role
We are hiring for an experienced marketer to be part of the Indonesia marketing team for the Grab For Good marketing. You’ll be responsible for building the Grab brand through various activities and engaging with various stakeholders including government people or other companies through partnership programs.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Build marketing plan for Grab For Good programs including (but not limited to) define what is the priority programs, who will be the right audience, who will be stakeholders, how to approach them and select the right media and messages to amplify the programs
Communication with all stakeholders (both internal and external company) to find synergy on building programs and action plans
Create specific campaign to accelerate the program performance, monitor the execution until make the post mortem report to evaluate the campaign to find the improvement for another campaign
Execute all marketing communications including paid media and own media channels
Combine performance marketing with offline events as part of an integrated effort
Develop marketing materials such as videos, key visual and electronic direct mail (eDMs), craft marketing messages and track campaign performance
Monitor budgets for each and every country across the region, with overall accountability for growth, marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI)
The Must-Haves
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
Entrepreneurial self-starter who can create their own structure and drive the team forward
Integrated marketer who understand digital marketing and partnership program
Has strong creative mindset and expert in social media marketing
More than 5 years’ experience in a brand marketing, has background working in creative / social media agencies will be plus points
Strong people skills, including proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders
