Develop proposal with a strategic campaign, creators' recommendation, and creative direction for the client.

Data research, brainstorm, ideate on all creator-related campaigns.

Utilize campaign reports for learning & development purposes.
Minimum 1-2 years of working in an advertising agency.

Positive attitude and passionate in digital media and digital marketing.

Highly motivated self-starter who can work dynamically with minimum supervision & experience managing team.

Strong analytical and planning skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
