Job Description

Job Descriptions :

  • Monitor IT infrastructure support (hardware and equipment), including preventive maintenance (anti virus protection, warranty renewal), troubleshooting (PCs, printers, scanners, projectors, and LAN), servers and communication lines (PABX), in order to ensure IT infrastructures in all offices are working properly and effectively.

  • Monitor IT system support, including software installation, maintenance (licensed renewal) and trouble shooting, in order to ensure systems in all offices are working properly and effectively.

  • Monitor support on user management, filing and data management (user ID’s and passwords, data backup and protection), in order to ensure all systems and data are working within security standards.

  • Develop and maintain continuous relationship with hardware and software maintenance vendors, in order to ensure reliable supports in case of IT problems and maintenance.

  • Provide internal coaching, mentoring and training to HO end user support specialist and all related users in company regarding IT related matters, in order to ensure the transfer of IT knowledge to all stakeholders.

  • Monitor IT ticketing system, in order to ensure IT supports has delivered support service to customers according to SLA.

  • Give assistance to troubleshoot systems and able to determine the issue and evaluate the best way and effective to resolve it.

  • Develop a strong communication networks with the business and customers to ensure the business concerns are addressed.

  • Prepare and review IT Recommendation and PR (purchase requisition) of new purchased IT peripherals and equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Information Technology / Engineering.

  • Min 10 years in IT infrastructure Operations.

  • Have good knowledge in hardware and equipment.

  • Have good interpersonal and communication skill with internal and external party.

  • Have technical knowledge in :servers and communication lines (PABX), PCs, printers, scanners, projectors, and LAN. Server : Windows, Linux, ESX & Network : Switch, router, wifi, firewall, DNS, DHCP, VPN.

  • good at English both writing or speaking.
