Manulife Indonesia is seeking a self-motivated Content Creator, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. They w ork closely (with dotted line reporting) with Head of Agency Communications to advise, develop, write, produce, direct, edit, design consistent and coherent digital content, to support the implementation of the overall corporate message of Agency distribution to create a positive desired image of the company and Agency channel distribution to the public

On the job you will:
Cooperate with & report to Head of Corporate Broadcasting, Corporate Communications & CSR (CC&CSR) in supporting communication strategy of Agency distribution channel through digital content development as well as aligning with Corporate and Regional direction of extending the Manulife global brand in Indonesia, while at the same time achieve Manulife Indonesia's own branding aspirations.
Work closely (with dotted line reporting) with Head of Agency Communications to advise, develop, write, produce, direct, edit, design consistent and coherent digital content, to support the implementation of the overall corporate message of Agency distribution to create a positive desired image of the company and Agency channel distribution to the public
Get assigned to support non-agency related work when there is excess capacity.
Performing administrative process required for any production approval including documentations, such as agreements, evaluation form, bidding form, production & delivery and liaising with procurement and vendors to ensure every execution runs smooth and meet the deadline and comply with the company regulation
Supervise all aspects of video production and other digital content from story and concept development, budgeting, production to post-production
Conduct vendor management related to video production and other digital content to ensure all the works and assignment are completed within specification, budget and timely manner
Coordinate with related parties internal and external of the company to ensure effective communication and timely deliverables.
Complete any other tasks and projects assigned by Head of CC&CSR within specification, budget and timely manner
