About the Role
We are looking for a competent Regional Operations Manager to plan, organize and execute all OKR in business perspective in an effective manner by decision making based on data support. This role will require strong cooperation with other departments so leadership & communication skills are very critical. We expect you to be a data-minded, and reliable professional as well.

What You Will Do

    • Ensure excellent onboarding experience for merchants in your region
    • Responsible for maintaining & increasing modular product adoption
    • Coordinate with supply chain team to meet customers expectation
    • Build up local community to increase the engagement in your region
    • Manage team to achieve the OKR target
    • Maintain excellent relationships with other departments
    • Resolve issues & challenges within your area
    • Provide reports on weekly & monthly basis in your region

What You Will Need

    • At least 5 years experience in Operations or 3 years in Managerial fields
    • Able to adapt fast & can deal with ambiguity
    • Exceptional leadership and data analysis
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Formal education min Bachelor in any degree but Master degree will be an advantage
    • Location address must be in Medan
