Job Description

Install and configure hardware & software components (systems, networks, printers and scanners)

Keep computer systems & network running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them

Set up accounts for new users and deal with password issues

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

Provide support, including documentation and relevant reports

Repair or replace damaged hardware
Having work experience as an IT Support is preferred

Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply

Experience in troubleshooting systems

Skilled in software installation

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Positive attitude, self-motivated and high initiative

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred
