We are looking for a HR Manager to join our HR team in Jakarta.
Role Responsibilities
Manage Employee Relations, Performance Management and Talent Management of the Jakarta office;
Manage Rewards, Industrial Relations, People Analytics, Learning & Development and Recruitment Management of the Jakarta office;
Manage multiple arrays of stakeholders in the Jakarta office and regionally;
Member of A&O global HR networks with expected contribution to set a benchmark in the area of People Analytics and Talent Acquisition & Intelligence.
Role Requirements
Bachelor and Master degree from reputable universities with a minimum of 8 years of solid work experiences in the area pertinent to people advisory or human capital fields;
Proven credentials in devising first class innovative-people related programs or actions;
Proven track records in managerial role with strong business acumen skills and the ability to deliver pragmatic and creative solutions in time;
Proficiency in applying technology and analytical tools into actions;
Excellent team player with strong communication skills - ability to work cross culture and build a strong positive rapport with colleagues and clients across the globe.
