Job Description

Creating the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
Advertising our company and products/services on various media.
Planning for the interviews and press conferences.
Updating in regular newsletters with company updates.
Tracking ROI for marketing campaigns.
Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.
Monitoring the corporate social media pages and respond the client’s queries.
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive the brand awareness.
Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Kitchen, Bar & Service) to produce effective promotional materials. Setting the Marketing Calendar in a yearly basis.
Setting the Guest Satisfaction Index.
Setting the partnership with 3rd parties for increasing the revenue.
Making sure that all of short-term and long-term marketing executed based on marketing plan.

Associate Degree (D3) in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
Female is preferable.
Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with B2C and B2B advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress.
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
Having a wide connection in Social Medias.
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Ready to be placed in Pluit-Jakarta Utara.
Full-time positions available.
