Job Description

Persyaratan
  • Have knowledge of handling import documents.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Years of working experience in this related field is required for this position.
  • Have PPJK Certificate is point plus.
  • Fluent in English is a Must.
Tanggung Jawab
Make local purchases & imports.

Make Purchase Order and sent to the supplier

Calculate the purchase budget cost and actual.

Prepare & make a verification request for every shipment.

Coordinate and handling communication with supplier and import agent from around the globe related to import activity.

Control and check every shipping document.

Checking PIB before payment

Coordinate with KSO Sucofindo related to surveyor report
