MISSION

  • Assist Plant manager in HR management such as Administration job: Transportation, Control Maid, Control Gardener, coordinate and booking hotel and air ticket, visa and work permit for foreigner, General affair matters and company activity to ensure employee has more engagement with company.



Responsibilities & Activities

Outline the key areas of responsibility for this position, including the related activities and eventual authorities


Responsibility 1 : General Management

  • Internal communication: News, activities, appointment, company meetings via Email, PR board and company’s newsletter.
  • Supporting payroll activities regarding attendance report, leave records, consolidating punching cards.
  • Assisting administrative tasks in Purchasing such as issue POR, GR. etc.
  • Act as Training coordinator between Thailand and Indonesia such as document filling system, maintaining training records.
  • General administrative tasks: Answer incoming call, make a flight reservation, provide office stationary, coordinate with government office for visa and work permit application, property tax, etc. Supervise maid and driver. Maintain canteen and leisure areas in good environment. Submit report of workforce rates, turnover rates, human resources development and performance evaluation to head office and manager.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Plant manager.

Responsibility 2: Safety and compliance


  • Always work with awareness of health, safety and environment for yourself and others.
  • Report unsafe conditions and damaged protective equipment to the supervisor.
  • To check working conditions of machinery, tools and equipment in order to be in safe condition before starting daily work. If there is something abnormal, the operator must be informed supervisor immediately.
  • Always pay attention and follow the rules of health, safety and environment.
  • Always cooperate with the safety practice at the workplace.
  • When employee has questions or comments related to health, safety and environment, he/she has to inform the supervisor immediately
  • Employee must wear personal protective equipment and dress properly for work all the time.
  • Employees must not take any risk with work they do not understand or if they are not sure how to be work safely.
  • Employee has authority to stop machines immediate in case of risk of accident or unsafe condition
  • To work strictly in compliance with the health, safety and environmental management system (ISO14001 & ISO45001).

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS



Personal Background

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3-5 year experiences in related field


Job Technical skills

  • Basic of Thai Labour law skill, Social Security Fund, Work compensation fund
  • Experience in Visa, Work Permit
  • Experience in annual application of signboard tax, landing tax etc.
  • Knowledge in IATF16949, ISO45001 , ISO14001, 5 S
  • English Skill

Job Soft skills

  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good communications
  • Good English skill for listening /speaking/writing and reading.
