Responsibilities :

Ensure successful operations support troubleshooting of Windows Server 2019 AD, O365, Azure AD, ADFS and other business-critical IT Infrastructure systems
Work with the local teams (mainly IT Service Desk, IT Network, IT Security, IT Application Development and other affected business users)
Work on 2nd level IT tickets such as AD User management, VM provisioning, permission & access management, patch management
Support On-Premise and Private Cloud server
Perform maintenance Data backup
Monitor the whole IT infrastructure systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to design, configuration, usage, troubleshooting, etc. for infrastructure environment
Prepare and send reports weekly and monthly activities to IT Infra Manager

Requirements :

University or college degree in Information Technology or similar
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
Linux is a plus
2 or more years of professional experience with virtualization technology such as VMware
Good knowledge of Windows Server 2019 systems (AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP) and Microsoft Office 365
Good understanding of network fundamentals
Initiatives and Eagerness to learn and willingness to bring ideas to the table
Scripting knowledge is a plus (PowerShell or Bash)
Able communication in English
