The MCIS (Managed Cloud and Infrastructure Services) Product Manager is responsible for working to ensure services are fit for purpose, ready to sell while working towards differentiating NTT in the cloud market. This role supports growth of professional and managed services revenue within the region, with particular emphasis on annuitized PHVS revenue. This role will be part of NTT’s cloud business in the America’s region working with talented and motivated individuals where you can push to be the best version of yourself everyday while letting your passion for innovation shine.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understand market trends by analyzing customer needs and be their voice on how to solve business problems by driving alignment with the company’s strategy, roadmap and cross-channel vision. Handoff to Group business.

  • Own the client experience journey throughout the MCIS product lifecycle. Working closely with customers, group product management, sales, legal, accounting, customer success, deal assurance, marketing, and operations to manage successful product customer engagement lifecycle.

  • Serves as a change agent; leads, sponsors and supports the NTT America’s organizational transformation objective

  • Win strategic profitable deals by building and refining successful pursuit plans. Working closely with our sales teams on account strategy and pursuit planning to apply and aligning these MCIS pursuit strategies to specific opportunities or clients. Work with sales enablement, marketing, and other sales support teams to ensure that the pursuit strategy is comprehensive and aligned between internal business units and support functions.

  • Where required, assist sales and specialist sales to enhance client conversations re client strategy alignment, client value, client outcomes and consulting opportunities/positioning. Clearly articulate complex information making it consumable to various audiences including customers CXO, internal leadership, peers, senior leaders and all levels of the organization.

  • Conceptualize new product ideas to continually improve the way customers receive services, based upon stakeholder input, organization and market data, candid customer feedback sessions and survey data. Handoff to Group business. Provide input and analysis towards current and future product initiatives, new products and related marketing strategies. Handoff to Americas Marketing.

  • Use both qualitative and quantitative data to measure progress for specific product improvements and initiatives

  • Provides recommendations on changes and design enhancements to improve product success, profitability, processes, and performance

Education/Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Marketing or Finance. Will also accept equivalent of Bachelor Degree through any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Certification in Product Management preferred.

Work Experience Required

  • 7+ years of experience in similar work environment

  • 2-4 years working with cloud hyperscalers or other SaaS cloud providers

Skills and Core Competencies

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in multiple IT disciplines (network, storage, infrastructure, security, operating systems and/or applications)

  • Demonstrated success bringing new products or services to market

  • Strategic thinking and clear articulation of those ideas backed by solid business cases

  • Cloud market understanding

  • Problem Solving/Analysis

  • Presentation Skills

  • Personal Effectiveness/Credibility

  • Ability to work across cross-functional organizations to derive a completed work product
