Job Description

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Assistant Manager is responsible to manage the assigned Outlet (Bar) as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.


Qualifications

  • Training or Experience with Bartending, Extensive Knowledge of Drink Mixing and Garnishing (Flair Bartending is a plus)
  • Has a wide range of knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer and wine
  • Is knowledgeable of and follows food and beverage safety and sanitation protocols at all times
  • Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills.
  • Knowledgeable about basic function of Windows OS, MS Office & Infrasys.
  • 1-year minimum experience in a similar role and environment
